Terms and Conditions:

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully.

Eligibility:

1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Entry and Selection Process:

1. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the photoshoot.

2. To enter the competition, participants must complete the Sign-up form.

3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the designated deadline will not be considered.

4. The winner(s) of the Shoot will be selected by Pawgraphy at random.

5. The selection of the winner(s) is at the Company's sole discretion and is final. No correspondence regarding the selection process will be entertained.

Prize:

1. The winner(s) will be entitled to a full photoshoot (type of shoot can be decided by the winner) with the Pawgraphy.

2. The Shoot will take place at a mutually agreed-upon location and time, subject to availability and within Pawgraphys service area of Greater Manchester (mileage fees of 45p/mile may be added if outside this area).

3. The Company will provide the winner(s) with a 10”x8” matted print or items value against another product.

4. Additional services, prints, or products beyond the scope of the agreed-upon photography package may be available at the winner's expense.

Scheduling and Redemption:

1. The winner(s) must contact Pawgraphy within 30 days from the date of draw to schedule the photoshoot.

2. The Shoot must be scheduled and redeemed within 2023, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company.

3. Failure to schedule and redeem the Shoot within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

4. The Shoot is subject to the availability of Pawgraphy and may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Usage Rights and Release:

1. By participating in the Shoot, the winner(s) grant the Company the right to use, reproduce, and publish their photographs for promotional and marketing purposes, both online and offline, without any additional compensation.

2. The winner(s) agree to sign a release and waiver granting the Company the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the Shoot and the Company's promotional activities.

Liability and Indemnification:

1. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the Shoot or as a result of the redemption of the prize.

2. The winner(s) agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising out of or related to their participation in the Shoot or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

3. Pawgraphy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Shoot, or amend these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

By participating in the Shoot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
